I am an afro-Puerto Rican woman, a forever learner, a Jesus follower, a mother of two, wife, an educator, coach and a leader in the ECE field. My core values are Integrity, Connection and Meaningful work.
Through my work I seek to create spaces where all, children and adults can be the best version of themselves. Highlighting the power of authentic meaningful loving connections and relationships, one little human at a time.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Family Ecology with a mayor in Early Childhood Education at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. I completed my master’s degree in Ethics and Leadership at Johnson University, Tennessee.
My Approach
Wired 4 Loving Connections Consulting stands in the gap between training and performance through coaching by addressing unmet needs for children, their families, educators and their leaders.
I focusing on empowering Early Childhood Educators, caregivers and other adults the Child Care Communities by educating on the importance of loving connections and the impact of trauma and mental health conditions affecting young children, caregivers, educators and leaders.
My organization seeks to create opportunities for healing and growth to ensure that individuals and communities live the lives that God intended for us, a life in abundance. I seek to do so. through authentic meaningful loving connections centering dignity, compassion and the restorative power of love.
